Shipping and Handling Policy:

Merchandise is shipped Priority mail and will be sent with the local Postal Service and normally take 5-10 business days.

Items will be shipped to the credit card billing address.

We reserve the right to select the most appropriate shipping method and carrier for every order we ship; Please let us know if you need your package to ship with a specific carrier.

International Shipping:

Please note all duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

For information regarding duties and taxes please contact your customs office. All shipping prices are stated in U. S. Dollars. Delays are common when shipping internationally due to customs and duties, please take this into account when placing your order. We do not ship packages overnight internationally. .

Out of Stock Items:
If you place an order for an item that is out-of-stock, we will contact you immediately to discuss your options. Our goal is to provide with the best quality of service, but there may be rare times when there is a slight wait on a particular product.


Return Policy
Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original package for an exchange or refund.

Money Back Guarantee:
We offer Money Back Guarantee on all products if you are not satisfied with the jewellery. The jewellery has to be returned to us within 15 days of receipt to claim Refund. Please note that the customer is responsible for all S&H charges incurred for returning any products.

• Simply email us or call us, you will be given the address where you should ship back your package.


• You must include the original invoice with the items you are returning. Make sure to specify on the invoice the reason for return and if you are looking for an exchange or refund. If you choose to have your items exchanged, please note the exact item you are looking for. Please be advised that after you receive your exchange you cannot return it any longer.


• Our Return Centre will process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. You can expect a replacement or refund within 10 to 15 business days of our receiving your return.


• Each product carries a 1 year Guarantee certificate and shall be replaced free of cost in event of there being any manufacturing defect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange to deliver the product, at his/her cost for delivery and pick-up, at our offices within 1 year from receipt for a free replacement. Original receipt and guarantee certificate must be included in the package.
